Installation: Drag and drop Versatile_Wand_Tool.jar onto the "ImageJ" window, save it in the plugins/Tools directory, then select "Versatile Wand Tool" from the toolbar's ">>" menu.

Description: This is a version of Michael Schmid's Versatile Wand plugin that has been converted to a plugin tool.
