Source: Calculate_Mean.java Installation: Download Calculate_Mean.java to the plugins folder, or subfolder, then compile and run it using Plugins/Compile and Run. Restart ImageJ and there will be a new "Calculate Mean" command in the Plugins menu, or submenu. Description: This plugin demonstrates how to use a mask to tally the values and number of pixels within a non-rectangular selection. If there is no area selection, it calculates the pixel count and mean pixel value of the entire image. See Also: ROI Iterator Demo
