Definitions
Work Product:  Grid Cycloid Arc plug-in or any part of,
portion of, code fragment, aggregation of, documentation,
derivative of (either direct or modification), or direct
translation of (into another language).

Work Product Author:  Original authors or any other party
who may modify and/or distribute the Work Product.

Commercial Users:  Commercial, proprietary ("closed"), or
for-profit individuals or organizations.

Non-commercial Users:  Educational, research, and 
not-for-profit individuals or organizations.

You: Commercial User or Non-commercial User.
	
Brief Explanation
For Non-commercial Users,
if you find the Work Product to be useful,
please acknowledge your appreciation by making a small donation 
to a local food bank or homeless shelter, 
or to a humanitarian aid organization.

For Commercial Users,  
if the Work Product is used for any purpose,
please acknowledge your appreciation by making a donation
to a local food bank or homeless shelter, 
or to a humanitarian aid organization.  
The size of the donation should, at least to some extent,
reflect the benefits obtained by using the software.
In addition, Commercial Users must contact the original authors
in order to obtain permission (written agreement) for commercial 
licensing opportunities. 

A copy of this license agreement must appear in all distributed copies 
of the Work Product, including any derivative work. 

This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, 
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK PRODUCT 
IS WITH YOU.  SHOULD THE WORK PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME
THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. 

IN NO EVENT WILL ANY WORK PRODUCT AUTHOR,  
BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, 
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR 
INABILITY TO USE THE WORK PRODUCT 
(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR 
DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR 
LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR 
A FAILURE OF THE WORK PRODUCT TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE), 
EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY 
OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

Also, if this Work Product is modified by someone else and passed on, 
the recipients should know that what they have is not the original version, 
so that the original author's reputation will not be affected by 
problems that might be introduced by others.
