Transparent Image Overlay

Installation: Download Transparent_Image_Overlay.java into the ImageJ/plugins folder and compile and run it using the Plugins>Compile and Run command.

Description: This plugin demonstrates how to non-destructively draw an image and text in an image overlay that has a transparent background.
