Description: This plugin allows the user to adjust the shape of an ROI.

Instructions for use: Open a stack or image. Run this plugin, and a green circle will appear in the toolbar. Draw an ROI. Then double click on the circle to adjust it's diameter. Then click on the image and drag the circle into the ROI at a point where you want to nudge the ROI to a different position. This plugin was contributed to the ImageJ community by Gamaliel Isaac and Larry Dougherty.
