Installation:	Download Waveness_Roughness.class to the plugins folder and restart ImageJ.
Description:	Decomposition of surfaces into waviness and roughness is accomplished by Gaussian filtering. The following figure shows a surface (upper left) composed of a waviness (middle) and a roughness (lower left) component, corresponding respectively to the long and short wavelengths of the original surface. The corresponding profiles along the lines in the left figures are also presented on the right side. The entered cut-off value defines the wavelength where the waviness is separated from the roughness component.
